Missouri Warrant Records Missouri Warrant Records

Missouri does not offer a public statewide active-warrant search. Case.net can help locate eligible public court cases, but it is not a warrant index; MULES and the FBI's NCIC are restricted to authorized law-enforcement users. Warrants are issued in the court handling a case and served through the responsible sheriff, police department, or other authorized officer. This site explains those separate records paths and directs readers to the relevant local court or agency through the county directory.

Why We Built This Site

We built this hub because Missouri warrant information sits in separate court and law-enforcement records, and a public case search is not the same as an active-warrant check. Case.net is the statewide public court-case portal, but it is not a warrant index; some records, including unreturned arrest warrants and related initial filings, are confidential under Court Operating Rule 4.24 effective July 1, 2026. MSHP administers MULES through its CJIS Division, while MULES and NCIC remain restricted law-enforcement systems. A county sheriff list, when a local office offers one, is only that office's channel, and publication practices vary. The Circuit Court of Missouri operates across 46 judicial circuits, with associate and municipal divisions handling matters within that structure. The Circuit Clerk maintains circuit records, while a municipal division clerk may handle city-docket filings and inquiries. Readers should identify the issuing court and local service agency, then use the county directory to reach the appropriate offices.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not a Missouri court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Our role is limited to explaining where records may be found and how Missouri's systems differ:

  • We cannot verify a warrant or run an official check for any person
  • We have no authority to recall, quash, remove, or clear a warrant
  • We cannot take bond or accept payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot schedule a surrender, court appearance, or walk-through
  • We do not provide legal advice or interpret an individual warrant
  • We cannot promise every listed fee, contact detail, or record remains current

Only the issuing court or the agency responsible for service can confirm the current status of a specific warrant. Case.net does not provide a complete public warrant index, and sheriff and city agency access channels differ. Start with the court and local agency serving the jurisdiction, using the county directory to locate them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
