These conditions govern your use of this website. Visiting a page, reading its material, or using a search feature means you accept the terms below. If you disagree, stop using the site.

NO FCRA USE. Missouri Warrant Records is privately owned and operated, without affiliation to any local, state, or federal government body, court, or law enforcement office. Neither this website nor its advertising partners provide services for credit checks, employment screening, insurance underwriting, tenant evaluation, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This site offers general information about Missouri warrant records and resources. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is an independent private reference site, not a government agency, court, or sheriff's office. We do not hold official warrant records and cannot conduct an official warrant check, recall a warrant, post bond, or file court papers for anyone.

Missouri has no public statewide active-warrant search. Case.net is the public statewide case-information portal, not a warrant index. The Missouri State Highway Patrol administers MULES through its CJIS Division, but MULES and NCIC are restricted to authorized law-enforcement users. DOR's FACT/NRVC and Lieu of Bail programs concern driver records, not warrant databases. We explain these distinctions and direct readers to the Circuit Court of Missouri, the Circuit Clerk or municipal division clerk, and the local sheriff or other service agency responsible for the record.

2. Informational Use Only

All site material is general information about Missouri procedures. It does not replace a court order, legal advice, or a case-specific confirmation from an official. Use it as a starting point and confirm important details with the issuing court division and the agency assigned to serve the warrant.

3. Not for Screening or Locating People

This site is for people seeking to understand or resolve their own warrant or a family member's warrant and to learn how the process works. It is not intended to investigate other people. You agree not to use this website or any linked tool to:

  • Make an employment, housing, rental, or credit-screening decision about anyone
  • Threaten, intimidate, harass, or stalk a person
  • Track, locate, or target an individual
  • Use information for a decision regulated by the FCRA, as described below

4. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

  • Use this website in violation of federal, Missouri, or local law
  • Access systems or information without authorization or attempt to breach them
  • Send automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to our pages
  • Interfere with the service or prevent others from using it

5. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

  • Evaluate a person for employment, including hiring or termination
  • Assess a rental or housing application
  • Set insurance rates or determine creditworthiness
  • Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or public program
  • Make any other decision governed by FCRA requirements

If you need a background check for any of those purposes, use an FCRA-compliant screening company.

6. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this website is legal advice. We describe general Missouri warrant procedures, but cannot advise how a particular warrant, charge, bond, or court date applies to you. Consult a licensed Missouri attorney for advice about your circumstances.

7. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Everything on this site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

  • The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
  • The site will stay up and running without interruptions
  • Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
  • Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Warrant status can change as courts issue, recall, quash, or close process, and local online postings may not immediately reflect those events. Missouri has no public statewide active-warrant index; Case.net shows eligible court-case information, which may be incomplete for warrant purposes. Some unreturned arrest warrants and related initial records are confidential under Court Operating Rule 4.24, effective July 1, 2026. We cannot guarantee that our material or any linked list is current. Nothing here is an official court or agency statement. Confirm status with the issuing court and the local agency responsible for service.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Links may lead to Missouri Case.net, state-agency information, county sheriff or city law-enforcement pages, court resources, legal-aid organizations, or third-party search services. Those external sites operate independently of us. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, prices, or availability; review their terms before using them.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless a page says otherwise, text, graphics, logos, and code on this website belong to Missouri Warrant Records or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse that material without prior written permission.

10. Limits on Our Liability

To the greatest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this website, including decisions based on information here or on an external service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, proceedings, or demands arising from your use of this site or violation of these terms, including related legal fees and costs.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Missouri law. Any legal dispute relating to your use of this website must be brought in a court located in Missouri.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. A change takes effect when the revised terms are posted on this page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you tell me if I have a warrant?

No. We do not access or maintain a warrant system. Missouri has no public statewide active-warrant search, and Case.net is a case portal rather than a warrant index. Read Warrant Check for public-search guidance, then use Browse Counties to locate the relevant court clerk and local law-enforcement agency.

Can you recall or clear a warrant for me?

No. Only the issuing court can recall or clear a warrant. Resolving one generally means speaking with an attorney and appearing before the issuing court to surrender, post bond, or move to recall or quash it.

Is a warrant listing on a linked tool official?

No. Third-party results can be incomplete or outdated. Confirm status with the court that issued the warrant and the local agency responsible for serving it.
