Missouri Warrant Records Missouri Warrant Records

This website offers general reference material about Missouri warrant records and related resources. It is privately operated and has no affiliation with a local, state, or federal government agency, court, sheriff, or law-enforcement office.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The information here, and on any third-party tool linked from this site, may not be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA. Background checks for those purposes must go through an FCRA-compliant screening provider.

Privately Operated Reference Site

This website is privately operated and is not a court, sheriff's office, or government agency. We are neither endorsed by nor affiliated with those offices, and we do not issue or serve warrants or maintain an official warrant system. Missouri has no public statewide active-warrant search: Case.net provides statewide public case information, not a warrant index. MULES, administered by MSHP's CJIS Division, and NCIC are restricted law-enforcement systems. We direct readers to the court divisions and local service agencies that hold the relevant records.

Accuracy of Information

Courts and sheriff's offices may change their contact details, hours, charges, and procedures, and local records can be updated at different times. We try to keep this site current but cannot promise that every detail is accurate when you read it. Check directly with the relevant office before visiting or making a payment.

Warrant Status Changes - Verify Before You Rely

Warrant records can change as a court issues, recalls, quashes, or closes process, and some records are not public. A clear search result is not proof that no warrant exists. Missouri has no public statewide active-warrant index, and Case.net is a public case portal rather than a warrant database. Under Court Operating Rule 4.24, unreturned arrest warrants and related initial case records are confidential from July 1, 2026, until the warrant is returned. A local posting may also be incomplete or behind the court's current record. Before relying on either a result or no result, ask the issuing court division and the local agency responsible for service to confirm status.

Use an online result only as a starting point. The issuing court division and the agency assigned to serve the warrant can confirm current status, including whether it has been recalled, served, or sealed.

Verify With the Official Source

Nothing here is an official court or law-enforcement record. If you need to know whether a warrant exists, its charge or bond, or whether it has been cleared, ask the issuing court and the local agency responsible for service. Case.net may help identify an eligible public case, but it is not a statewide warrant system. Public-government records requests fall under Missouri's Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, RSMo; access to judicial records is separately governed by Supreme Court Operating Rules 2 and 4.

Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. We describe general Missouri warrant procedures and provide resource links, but cannot replace a licensed attorney's guidance, particularly about an outstanding warrant, surrender, bond, or your individual circumstances.

Third-Party Search Tools

Some pages contain search boxes operated by outside companies. We do not set their prices, control the results, or manage the information submitted to them. A result may be incomplete, outdated, or matched to the wrong record or person, and the FCRA limits stated above apply to those tools as well.

Outbound Links

Links may point to Missouri Case.net, court and local law-enforcement pages, state agencies, or other resources. We do not control or assume responsibility for an outside site's content, accuracy, or availability.

No Records on This Site

This website contains no warrant, warrant-list, case-file, or court-record database. The records remain with the relevant court or law-enforcement agency. For a specific warrant, contact the issuing court division and the local agency assigned to serve it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you tell me if there is a warrant for me?

No. We do not operate a warrant system, and Missouri has no public statewide active-warrant search. Read Warrant Check for public case-search guidance, then use Browse Counties to find the issuing court and relevant local agency.

Does a clear result mean I have no warrant?

No. A clear result is not proof that no warrant exists. Some records are not publicly searchable, and unreturned arrest warrants are confidential under Rule 4.24. Confirm with the issuing court division and the local agency responsible for service.

Who can clear or recall a warrant?

Only the court that issued the warrant can recall or clear it. Resolving a warrant generally means talking to an attorney and appearing before the issuing court to surrender, post bond, or move to recall or quash it.
